Only kind of. He agrees they did do the deal on purpose, just miscalculated the ramifications of it. That's just a bad job on their part. I'm not saying they should be compelled to honor it, but the whole fiasco was a poor job on their part
If I may add my 2 cents. I don't think the fact that it's a Jewish company should be a factor in forgiving them, that attitude is what makes everyone frustrated with the Jewish companies. If the Jewish companies would be held to the same standard as Amazon and etc, they wouldn't dare continue doing what they do today.
