Merge Chase UR points

I am trying to merge my UR points from two my credit card accounts. I could not find how to do it in the new UI. Does anyone know how to do it? Thanks!

In Ultimate Rewards site, youll see the amount of points you have in the upper right corner.

Hover over the spot where the amount of points is, and a drop down will appear. There is a link at the bottom of that pop-up that says "Combine Points". Click there and youre good to go.
