You can't dispute the charge if you never got the item?
Amazon payments won't do anything after 45 days.
Now its already 6 months. I don't think credit cards will do anything either.

Did you try to file a claim?

I've done AMEX chargebacks a year later.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Awesome Innovation! Phone/Tablet/GPS/etc suction grip. Unlimited uses

This will be huge. I'm waiting for the longest time for something like this. And so are you.

I never donated to Kickstarter before but when I saw this I hurried to fund them.

Disclaimer: I am not affiliated at all.

I am just fired up about it, not sure why. Probably because I'm so frustrated that there's nowhere to put my phone while driving.

The car manufacturers are so slow with keeping up with the times. Hey Ford, GM, and the rest of you: Newsflash! It's 2013 and this
cellphone thing isn't a fad. WE NEED SOMEWHERE TO KEEP OUR STUFF.  Phones, GPS, computers, notebooks, pens, chargers, etc, other than on the passengers seat. This product doesn't address the issue totally but it's a good start.

Don't get me started on car design. Other than shape and flashy stuff, cars haven't changed much from the fifties. I'd reckon that about half of the cars on the road have never had someone sit in the back. Why don't they redo the whole car and turn the back into storage (like the trunk) or work space?

You make very valid points.  But many of us need our backseats for kids.

I dont understand your comment. This is a successful project on kickstarter. It doesn't need to be pimped by someone and i dont think the inventor would do that. The OP made some valid points why its a good idea. I will buy a set when it comes out. That being said, the only criticism you should have had is that it wasn't posted in the correct thread.

I wasn't trying to criticize, sorry if it was unclear. It just seemed that the guy was really excited about it and I was wondering if he was connected. (not in a bad way)

If your looking for a car with a lot of backseat space, check out Hyundai Equus. The back seats are huge and the drive is awesome.

Of course. I am referring to a large percentage of Americans that don't have large families

I was about to respond that you may be right for the American public, in general, here on DDF ka'H the average is much higher.  Then I realized, that I'm probably considered an alter yid compared to the average age here on DDF.
