The first thing I'll admit is that I know one of the guys who works at Prong. But, the product is still very cool and today's price is definitely a deal. The $60 price is for today only on their Indigogo campaign. After today, it goes up to $70 while the campaign is on and normal retail price will be $100.

The case has a battery built in (like a Mophie) but it also has prongs that pop out of the back so you can charge your phone without needing to bring a charger with you. The battery/prong section can slide off so you can charge that part while still using your phone and then just pop it back in once it's charged. Definitely 1 step above the classic battery case and at today's price, that's a pretty sweet deal.

@yehuda, we may have mutual friends. I did some logo mockups for them a few years ago before the patent. We called it buttplug at the time (for lack of anything better)
