Chase doesn't match non publicly available offers. A screenshot won't help.

I SM'ed twice a few months ago and was denied the $50 (they said they can't give 80k and $50 because it's 2 different offers).

SM'd then too and didn't work either. But you can't compare. That offer wasn't available for new applicants either. Only for those with Elite status.

Marriott is like that too. Club Carlson is 1k less. You can always buy 10k points for $70, unlike Hyatt or SPG points which are a lot more.
