I used the one from amex on my starwoods. you have to enroll.

though you will need lots of pieces of proof like reciepts from stores in the area you live with dates before your departure and after your return.
really a big pain to file a claim,
I just never filed for the $150.
I wonder if I can still make the claim from a year ago

I've used travelex twice, no problem getting reimbursed and kids are free with adult. Just keep receipts and and diagnosis etc. Get whatever paperwork you can while you are at the doctor or kupat cholim.

I used Amex insurance when I went to Israel.  You need to be a cardholder.   I didnt end up having a claim but it was very cheap.  You can buy for a year and then cancel when you get back.  I was very upfront about cancelling after my trip and the rep was fine with it.
