Because when you write without using proper punctuation, your readers have to read and reread what you wrote. It's kind of rude to expect that from your readers. Why should hundreds of people have to do the struggling just so that you can continue to be lazy.

Go to other respectable forums and you will see that it's a breeze to read through it.

besides for the fact that some of the people you counted are below the required post count threshold

i have nothing further to say on this matter (and will no longer reply), but i will monitor this thread, and if and when 10 people who fulfill the criteria, as i see it, make the request, i will make the effort

ill make one exception to avoid confusion. look at the time stamp by 'last edit' and compare it with the next post . it should all make sense

I'm not going to waste any more time on your distinct ability to remain embarrassingly lazy.

Do whatever makes you happy (in this case neglecting to press the "shift" button), and I will continue adding your posts to this thread as I see fit -- which will make me happy 

If the users I quoted above (in addition to any others) feel like expressly saying that pushing the shift button really shouldn't be that much of a chore, they can. If not, so be it.

This doesn't have to do with grammar/punctuation per se.

 I feel if members can quote whose post they are answering/commenting on, it will be a lot easier to understand.
