I don't think there should be a space in between the "+" symbol and the numeral.
That's incorrect usage of the term "in between." It should have a simply said "between."
If you don't care why would you comment?

Last time I checked the phrase "in between" appears in the The American Heritage
Dictionary of the English Language (Fourth Edition, 2000), which
suggests that there are cases where it is proper to use it.

eg: Adolescence is an awkward, in-between age.

I will not respond to PM about the UPS method.

I will not respond to PM about the BBLD method.

Agreed. It's used as an adjective, not as a preposition (as you used it).

Why doesn't the English language contain a word that means the opposite of exceed?
If you don't care why would you comment?

Long discussion on it on EL&U StackExchange. There might not be one perfect antonym, but there is usually a word that fits each case.

Doesn't work.
Does it exceed $100?
Does it below $100? Does it lower than $100?

"Below" and "lower than" are not verbs.

Try "go below" or "go lower than"

Or- falls short (of), maintains, ducks, misses, etc.

No good for legal document.

Had to improvise with "is less than."
