Why the apostrophe?
Belonging to Hatzalah. without the apostrophe it would mean plural (many) Hatzalahs.
It is plural - thank you to the many Hatzalahs worldwide - not possessive. That's exactly what I'm saying.
I think it's one Hatzalah with man branches, rather than many Hatzalahs.
Either way the sentence isn't possessive. You can watch Hatzalah's concert but you are not raising money for all the Hatzalah's.
