Time for Class Action again Citi's Foreign charges
« on: May 30, 2013, 03:19:15 PM »
Citi for some reason charges foreign charges for ALL charges that have bases outside the states, although they are charged in USA, and the merchant address is based in the USA. All charges that Chase, Amex and US bank won't charge when charged through them, Citi will still charge.

Some of them:

- TACA LM
- BA.COM
- ELAL
-SINGAPORE.COM (even departing the USA)

The list is probably much longer. But I do think that has a good chance to succeed with a C/A.
