Not for kids IMHO, at least the blind one, they will be very scared. (I wasn't by the deaf one)
Blind for 8-9yo and up. Deaf is great for all

I don't see why the blind museum would be on anyone's "top 10" for Israel.  It is something that is found all over the globe (and in South Africa its actually much cheaper than IL), all run by the same company IIRC.  If someone is going to Israel to see sights that are only in Israel, Blind museum ain't one of them.

Eilat is IMHO debatable... Definitely not on top 5, maybe maybe on top 10!

Group of 5 doctors.

I assume they will not travel all the way to Eliat.

Put it how you want it, But I don't think anyone here has gone to the blind museum other than in IL.

Fact is there's one right here in South Street Seaport (temporarily closed due to Sandy damage), and "Since its first opening in 1988 over six million visitors from more than 25 countries have experienced Dialogue in the Dark."

They're all over the place http://www.dialogue-in-the-dark.com/.

Do they have the deaf one here too? I thought only the blind. By the way that Palmach museum is fantastic!

Don't mean to be a naysayer, but once you put Palmach Museum in your "Top 10", then what about the Haganah musuem, the Etzel museum, the Lechi musuem, the Tzahal Museum, Yad Lashiryon Tank museum @ Latrun, IAF museum in Beer Sheva, etc etc... The list doesn't end!  I really honestly do think that all the aforementioned are awesome places, however if a VIP or a group of professionals come to IL and you have to get down to ~10 specific sights to see =top 10, I wouldn't put any of those on the list.  They're very important, and I highly recommend them, but just not that important IMHO.

The only museum's which are a must are Yad Vashem and the Israel Museum (Bible Lands museum which is a few feet away - right across the entrance, wouldn't hurt).  The City of David/Davidson Center/Southern Wall excavations would/should probably anyways be incorporated in a visit to the Kotel and Kotel "tunnels".

Please don't insult the beaches of South Floridai! ;D

The only things to see in Eilat is the underwater reefs/diving or whatever, and perhaps Hai Bar and Kings City biblical theme park.

Otherwise it's a poor ugly city (outside of the immediate hotel area).

I've always enjoyed watching the jaws literally drop when non-frum or modox ppl check out the Mir Beis Midrashim (Beis Yeshaya 3rd floor in particular). It's quite an experience for anyone who has never seen something like it. I highly recommend it for anyone who grew up in a non-yeshiva environment
