Want to upgrade an economy ticket to business using Amex Points

Hi,

I want to travel with my family of 5 to Israel but can't think of flying in economy for 12 hours straight - I have 200,000 Amex points. Can anyone recommend the best way to use the Amex points to upgrade us all to business- (one way- From TLV to JFK or Newark)

You already have tickets? What airline? What points?

In any event, there aren't any real good options, but the best is probably to buy BA premium eco seats and use avios to upgrade.

Didnt purchase any tickets yet cuz I need to know which airline would be the best to do this with. I'm gonna price BA tickets though! thanks!
