mamesh a mamzer

Mamesh means literally. Mamzer means SOB/bastard. A common pejorative, with medium level degree of insult.

Siyum?

I believe you were answered in the Antarctica thread. Siyum is completion, when referred to as "a siyum" its generally referring to a celebration upon completion of something, often in regards to talmudic studies, such as completion of a tractate.
Would this be accurate for Siyum?

A siyum (Hebrew: סיום‎) (“completion”) means the completion of any unit of Torah study, or book of the Mishnah or Talmud in Judaism. A siyum is usually followed by a celebratory meal, or seudat mitzvah, a meal in honor of a mitzvah, or commandment. Siyum also refers to the celebration.

A bastard in Judaism would only applied to the illegitimate child of a married woman.

In Judaism, the spoken expression "mamesh a mamzer" has no relevance whatsoever to the halachic status of a person, it is a colloquial expression which is mostly used in a disparaging way, but can sometimes also be used in somewhat of an endearing way, somewhat like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Son_of_a_gun.

If someone would say "mamzer mamash" then that might have some kind of Halachic connotation.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

It also has no relevance in regular english, but as @CountValentine answered in the literal, I responded in kind.

When someone calls you a SOB in English, they're not calling your maternal species into question. Not every terminology can be taken literally.
