Which is why I also put the option for a past event. Obviously if we get the phrase in context we will be able to provide a more accurate translation.

Seems like there is no word for דערמאנט, rememberd is used for געדענקט און דערמאנט

דערמאנט would generally be mentioned, though context matters for accurate translation.

Is יעצט implied even though it isn't written? If it is so the last option you put is missing the "just", but in any event I would probably use "I just remembered" in this context (though I am more likely to say "that it's supposed to snow tomorrow"). I suggest we summon the DDF arbiter of English grammar @Yehuda57 to chime in.
