I bought a Droid incredible a couple months back and now the new Droid X came out. I used up my vzw upgrade for the phone.

If I were to use my amex extended return to return phone do I get my upgrade back?

definitely not. additionally, they would onliy refund the amount u paid, not the value of the phone - u'd do better sellng the phone on ebay or craigslist.
