I applied by mistake day 59 for 2nd app and it got denied (without a pull due to 60 day rule) do i have to wait another 65 or  just a week?

It was my 3rd app. So how does it work i still have a 2nd chance after day 65 i am so confused?

You now have to wait till day 65 of the 2nd app.

Yes, you can

The quickest way would be day-1, day-8, day-65, day-73.
(No more than 2 apps in any 65 day period)

Yes, you need to count all apps, including denials (even if they didn't pull).

Correct. And depending on the date of the 2'nd application, that 1 more app might be available anywhere between day 73 and day 130.

To simplify things - always check if you had more than one application (including denials) within the last 65 days.
