I heard a song about 5-10 years ago and I'm trying to find it now. The song is about a boy who went off the derech, his father tells him he will always be welcomed back and he comes back on the derech but after his father is nifter and he names his child after his father.
I'm pretty sure it was sung by a childrens choir

Never heard the song, but a short 30 second stint with Google reveals that it is:
Tzlil v’zemer Volume 6 - "It’s never too late"
