We are one short for a minyan at exploria resort (the old fernwood) this Shabbos Chanukah. If you are willing to take the 90 minute timeshare tour its pretty cheap. pm if you have any interest we have a Torah.

I made a website bc it's gotten too big to answer everyone's questions. Yeshivamidwinter.com I have groups going to Kalahari and Camelback. Both insane deals
(Before the admins kill me for posting a website, I do not buy up rooms and sell for profit. If you book before the deadline, the rooms are not marked up a penny. I make a few bucks but it's still more of a public service than a money maker)

I made a group rate to Mount Laurel for 2 years. It was perfect. They got bought and had new management this past year. Last years stay for midwinter was an absolute disaster. No room service. Dirty rooms/bed sheets on arrival, NO HEAT in many rooms, leaks in ceiling. Garbage in the can from previous guests. Nothing set up in dining rooms. Ice cold pool. I will not be bringing any groups there in the near future unless there is a change in ownership/management and they get their act together. In the mean time, I cant find a shabbos-friendly, good situation like that in the Poconos at an affordable rate.
I might end up renting a house in a rental are of Lake Harmony and have some families stay nearby for minyan. If I come up with something, i'll post on my chats and here.
