I wanted to go to the Poconos today for snow tubing but they are predicting a snow storm.
Would you still go? its a 2 hour drive.

Hoping to rent a boat if I go to the Poconos this summer. I'd rather not shlep out to Wallenpaupack if possible, as it's a little far from where I would be staying. Anyone know of other areas where you can rent a boat on a decent sized lake?

Lake Harmony has speed boat rental (rather call it rides, since it must be driven by them).

We would like to drive from Monsey to the Poconos for the day. We were thinking of hiking at Bushkill Falls, we will be with 4 kids ages 11,8,6 and 3. Are you allowed to go into the water by the falls? Any other activities near by for a day trip?

fernwood resort has a ropes course called i think tree ventures and blue lightning which is like snow tubing minus the snow. There's also bumped boats and horse back riding on site. 15 minutes from the falls
