I also like the odyssey better but one can make the argument that if you are not owning it and it's only 2 years, go for gadgets in the T&C
That's my thinking.

IMO, yes.
K thanks.  The dealer says they're very good about waiving minor scratches and dents so I was wondering if I could get away without the waiver. ..

Nassau. Why?
In Brooklyn a damage waiver is a must.

Are they offering other waiver options (ie less money for less waiver)? IMO $500 for $5000 is not a great idea. Basically, if I have cosmetic damage during the lease, I'm not repairing it when it happens - either they'll ignore it when I return, or I'll pay for it then. The waiver is helpful for that kind of thing, but how likely is it that there will be $5000 of cosmetic damage - I'd think $1000 is a worst case scenario. But if the car actually has real damage that affects drivability, the waiver doesn't do anything for you if you're smack in the middle of the lease and need to repair it anyway. At that point, you pay to repair and then get nothing out of the waiver unless you damage it right before you return (or the aforementioned cosmetic damage).

Interesting point. Thanks! He didn't mention options but I'll ask again

Yes. I understood that your problem wasn't getting a quote... They were about to finalize. It didn't seem they have an issue getting the car, he promised it for that night.
