Have 7 mo left on RAV4 that I have to end. Any know what lease termination fee is?

You will be charged for the remaining 7 payments + the disposition fee which i believe is $350 for Toyota.
The lease is pretty much a loan from the bank, so just because you return the car, the loan doesn't go away.
You could try trading in for another car, but you will have negative equity transferred over onto your next lease.

You're supposed to lease a new car in a few clicks. I downloaded that app, played around with it, but because I am still 2 years away I don't know the pricing, would love to hear from somebody in the market.

That's a higher price than his, he's rolling in the fees due at signing ($1395=$38.75/month=$271.25).

Read the whole discussion. Added bt and backup which normally comes in higher trim and a lot more expensive than that. Additionally the quoted $279 doesn't include bank and dmv rolled in. I paid literally first month and that's it. And I leased from LD btw.
