1) Ally told me they cannot give me the dealer buyout price, the dealer needs to call in, is this correct?

2) I tried calling Algo several times at 760Ė571Ė9712 but keep getting voicemail. is there a different number to call?

Try this (888) 335-3225

I have a Chrysler Pacifica 2018, they offered to pay me a few thousand dollars less then the buyout! i guess this doesn't work for all cars.

Needs to be a car that people are interested in buying used..

I once asked a very busy mechanic on his experience with used minivans, he told me that sienna will have the longest life, a lot of people driving at 250k miles with no issues, odysse is a decent runner up, and the pacifica is the car he makes his parnasah from.. total piece of garbage beyond the first 30-50k miles, only a good option for a lease. He told me to stay away from a used pacifica. I didn't ask him on the sedona as it wasn't relevant at the time.

NY? Need to surrender your plates before you cancel insurance. Might be able to get a few dollars back from registration.

See info / instructions here:
https://www.myimprov.com/transfer-ownership-vehicle-in-new-york-state/
I thought was good once I surrendered my plates but I got a notice after the fact stating there was a gap between canceling insurance and surrendering plates and that my registration is being suspended.

What does it mean for your registration to be suspended? I don't even have a car!
If you don't care why would you comment?

What happens if I make payments on a lease that I never signed a contract for and decide to dispute the account on my credit report because I never signed a contract? Does it change because I have been making payments so itís like implied ?

Pro tip:
If it's an American car, you're odds of having equity are very poor.
