Is $585 a month with $0 DAS, 10K miles, 36 Months a good price for a 7 passenger SUV?

You can get the same service from others for way less.
Cross brands, delivery, etc ? I don’t think so

Its ok for a lease not great… but likely won’t get much better in the terrible lease market. Finance something

But finance is more per month for a 7 or 8 passenger plus you have to put down some money

Go with a credit union you’ll get rates for 4% and don’t forget you own the thing afterwards so discount the expected value of the sale from your monthly cost

But used. It'll be even cheaper than leasing.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

1. You may want to add your location and what model year it is.
2. You may want to post here.

While many people are under the impression that minivans are hard to get, especially at MSRP, I didn’t find that to be the case. I was looking for a black Odyssey EXL, and I read Dan’s post. I went on Honda and found a bunch of dealers in NJ. I called each one, some refused to name prices unless I came in.
Lakewood and Toms River each wanted $3000+ “market adjustments”. Other dealers wanted to add $1000-$1500 mandatory “accessory packages”

Some were willing to go down to $500ish, but I got one to do it for MSRP and no accessory package.
Honda has 3.9% financing if you do 48 months, and we also got a $500 college credit.

PM if you’d like his #.

At this point, it should be easier. There are also more dealers that are going below MSRP.

I'm on the lookout for a good lease deal in the next couple of months, if anyone has any leads, I would appreciate it, as currently don't have much headspace to hunt for deals.

You can probably get for under msrp.

You’re not the first to say that, but I checked RODO and other places too. The ones under MSRP added ridiculous doc fees, or other charges. And some of those wouldn’t have the college discount or the 3.9% financing.

Same here. I would pay a finder's fee too.
