Wow, that's some pretty misleading advertising. The pic you posted describes what's due at signing and there's no mention of an additional $2300 down. Unless he was saying that 1st month + bank fee + registration fee = $2300? Which would also make no sense.

First month is $150. There's no way bank fee + registration fee comes out to $2150. Maybe that number includes the tax upfront?

ETA: What I'm trying to say is that it sounds like there's an actual down payment required (ie not just the taxes and fees), yet it's not mentioned in the ad.

+100. Whenever you pay up front more you pay less p/ month. So that makes sense. It is $179 p/ month (which i think every leasing company will give you) and IF you pay 36 x $27 dollars up front (which is the $1000 difference) then you pay with $29 less p/ month which every leasing company can arrange as well. The $2 that you save p month is tax.
You can say what you think when you think what you say.

You still pay tax on the down payment. The difference is more likely interest.

I was told that you save some taxes. But whatever, the idea is misleading advertising.

Yes, you're saving approximately the taxes on the $2*36 months.

If you spread $1000 over 36 month it would be an additional $27.7 per month + interest+tax# $30

funny thing. i was always wondering why some lease guy doesnt quote out all the people looking for cars on this thread. and then it hit me. once they get the quote, they will run and ask their brother in law- cousin- father etc to match it.

Honestly, lets be a little menchlich and if he quotes something for you, use him to get it. /rant

can you quote out a Rav 4 base and rav 4 loaded? 12k miles.

thanks

I didn't open this thread in a while, sorry.

What's the cheapest deal i can get on a mini van now

The town and country without loyalty is the cheapest at $279

due at signing is first month, bank fee, Dmv fee.

funny thing. i was always wondering why some lease guy doesnt quote out all the people looking for cars on this thread. and then it hit me. once they get the quote, they will run and ask their brother in law- cousin- father etc to match it.

There is no crazy specials right now on smaller cars, making it worthwhile to get a full size car that is on special.

The 2015 ford fusion is on special for $199, If you can find one. dealers don't have stock because the 2016's are coming out soon.

When I said I welcome questions, I meant for advice, leasing vs. buying, if a price makes sense, what makes the most sense for you, mileage on a lease, Etc.

I don't like running to dealers for cars that I won't sell, like avrumy22 said, "once they get the quote, they will run and ask their brother in law- cousin- father etc to match it."
