Besides the fact that you can get a lease a new car every two years to get new model why should I lease and not finance a brand new model?
There's a whole thread on that

Anyone know about the 2016 Honda Pilot? When's it coming out? What will a lease cost? Thinking of switching from my Odyssey.

I heard that it will be available for lease starting July 1st and that it will be quite pricey.

July 1st 2015?
And will the older (read cheaper) models still be around for another half year?
My lease is up in December and I was keeping an eye on the Pilot.

There is no way the older model will still be around in December time. They are clearing them out since March.

Hi I'm new to leasing, and I'm planning to start a new lease but want to plan ahead in case don't need or want the car anymore. I'm planning to lease a 2015 Toyota Sienna or a 2015 Honda Odyssey. If I want to end the lease early after say 6 months, and not get another car, the car is in perfect condition, I paid on time and I didn't go over miles, what would my options be?

after six months you would have a hard time. most leasing companies would only accommodate you and help you get rid of your lease if you have not much more than a year left to your lease. (im talking from experience)

So that means doing a lease transfer like swapalease would be the only option? What do early termination fees usually run?

Honda will let you buy it out easily.  Search my posts up thread on how to do that with Carmax and maybe make some money.  I've never tried with Toyota,  but Lexus is pretty smooth as well.

Any feedback or comments on the Chevy Traverse would be appreciated. Looking into a lease on that. They have a good deal now.

I don't know much about the car itself, but as a Chaveirim member I know that in the past few years the standard version came without a spare tire. That would be a deal breaker for me (although I think there's an upgrade option for a tire).

why should I go to a leasing company if I can go direct to the manufacturer? And probably get much better pricing on lease or finance.

Last I checked (2 years ago when shopping for a new car) the Heimishe leasing companies were way better priced than the dealers themselves, and the money down was much lower.

I priced all of the cheapest places in Lakewood and Brooklyn for a Honda Odyssey. iLease in Lakewood came in the cheapest to buy (though Westmount is cheaper to lease, and on the Sienna). Is there any reason to be afraid of buying from a place that's A) relatively new, and B) 70 miles away (I live in Brooklyn), in the event that I end up needing any kind of service?

My first car I bought from NY Auto Mall, and when I had a problem getting the local dealer to fix something under warranty, NY Auto Mall was very helpful and responsive, since they've been around for years and have relationships with all of the local dealers. Should I be nervous about iLease being able to help me if any issues pop up (or for any other reason)?

Service will be by the dealer they get it from usually, you're buying the car from them. That dealer is possibly in Brooklyn!
