What is the cheapest deal out there now? For any car, civic type or even cheaper? Looking for something 130-160/month? Does that exist?

The nissan sentra is available thru many places for dirt cheap. Find the cheapest one.

Just curious how come you never see cheap Kia or Hyundai stiff advertised when the list price is very competitive. I never looked into leasing anyways, but I found it interesting that I never see it advertised.

+1. And if you can't find that, there are no more T&C's, but Chrysler's new minivan has had some deals. Not quite as good as you should be able to find on the Grand Caravan, but still much cheaper than the others.

Why do you say that. I see Hyundai on the cheap about as frequently as Nissan. Toyota and Honda are usually a little more, but there are times when those get good deals too.

For a lease to be cheap it's not enough for the purchase price to be low. The residual value has to be decent.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Totally false. if the purchase price is low enough, the residual factor can be pretty and still be a good deal. For example, the Chrysler/Dodge minivan deals are cheap because of massive discounts on the purchase price, not because of his residual values.

Either way, it's moot because you do see deals on the Sonata and Elantra, just as frequently as the Japanese equivalents.
