Right now most leasing places are advertising the Sentra SV, which is one up from the basic model for around 120 which includes the taxes.

Anyone see a good deal on a minivan?

Some people like the Kia Sedona for $299/month: http://www.leasingdirectny.com/details.php?id=324
Otherwise the Honda Odyssey is decent at $319/month: http://www.leasingdirectny.com/details.php?id=234

BTW, these prices usually have an extra registration fee etc. of about $400.

When they say $1395 down, divide that by the months of the lease, add that to the monthly payment, and that is your true cost. Putting the money down upfront is just a way to make the lease look less expensive. They will roll it in for you if you ask them to.

I just leased. I shopped around in Brooklyn and Lakewood. I really wanted Brooklyn. Lakewood priced me less, but PAL matched them, plus they through in the 5000 waiver for free. ($500 value)

Also, on a 24 month lease, that means you will have the return fees earlier, plus the initial expense of a new lease earlier. Just sayin...

$1395 due at signing is not the same as $1395 down. A down payment is counted against the cap cost. $1395 due at signing usually means the fees. Some places will allow you roll it all into the payment if requested, but I know of no leasing company that advertises their prices that way.

My experience with them was terrible (although it was their Subaru department). Very dishonest, tricky, and when I started questioning them and they see I wasn't falling for their BS, they got extremely mean.

I had a good experience with them. Got a solid lease deal.

Maybe it's different when it's a lease and it's a black and white deal (which btw any dealer could probably offer the same deal) as opposed to my car where I was buying the car.

I think it's the salesperson that gives the trouble, not Costco.

I have no clue. Neither do the brokers. What I can tell you is, Iv'e been researching and callings brokers for the past few months (beginning of the month), and there have been no deals on minivans.

I'm not in a dire rush, but i am going to need one in the next few months so I do hope things change.

There is no way to know as they release new pricings every month. Although there is the basic concept that they need to liquidate the 2016 models once 2017 kicks in, the amount of vehicles unsold is the dominating factor as well.
