Who is the cheapest for auto financing I bought a new odyssey and the dealer made me take their financing for first 3 months...
I’m also looking for good financing options. How can I get best rates?

Credit Unions usually have good rates. Check the rates of credit unions in the area where you work, live, and pray and join.
You can also try PenFed.

When are lease prices going to come back down?

Any dealer I speak to says prices are just going up but I feel like theyr just trying to sell cars
And any car that i want is out of stock

Apperently it's a temporary issue because lots of dealership are still closed.
I'm going to extend my lease for another few months.

More likely its because manufacturing was down, all the cars that i wanted our just out of stock, and 95% of my leasing guys dealers are working

Why in the world would you do that when you can buy it and resell it for basically the same price you paid for it a couple of years down the line (for now)?

Teslas are not the right cars for leasing.

Other cars lease better. Teslas only make sense to buy, not lease.

Why does anyone please cars
Why does anyone buy or finance is what I've always wondered.
I bought out and sold my last lease, netted 5k. Leased a brand new vehicle, msrp of 48k, for $250 a month, 24 month lease. Rinse and repeat, and worst case scenario give it back and walk away.
Even if you can't make money on the return, your lease payments are so much lower than financing, unless you keep cars for more than 5 years it's a non starter.
Requires some flexibility in what you'll drive, I have one vehicle (15 passenger van) that I financed because the payments were about the same, and I plan on keeping it for a long time, and made customizations

You would pay more to lease a Tesla than to buy one and resell after 2 years.

It all depends on how long you plan on keeping the car and the specific residual/interest/incentives on each car. But generally buying a slightly used car and keeping it for longer makes more financial sense. Teslas are an anomaly because as of now they don't really depreciate over the first few years.

Have to be willing to drive a truck
I put it together myself based on leasehacker and had the broker find the car. Since then all the brokers in town have been selling it.
Tundra 4x4 crewmax 5 with us bank.
38 gallon tank is a nice bonus if you're playing the supermarket fuel points game.
