Any dealers here? What’s the cheapest mini van now a days?
Lease or buy?  Typically, the best choice for this segment is to buy.  Also, it is hard to say what is a good lease or buy as the incentive offers will vary region by region.  Best to do preliminary research at carsdirect or edmunds to get an idea of what the incentives are month to month.

Is anyone hear familiar with extending a lease? Do most bank allow it? Do they continue at the same rate, and give additional mileage ?
Honda Financial is the bank.

Honda allows you to Extend the lease twice, but only 6 months total. Rates the same, and you get additional miles.

Thank you ! I tried calling a few times recently, but the wait times are extremely long. So thanks for the information. Now hopefully I can find a way to do it online to avoid 1 hour phone wait times.

I extended my lease 4 times. Each time they told me it was the last time they can do it. When I extended it for the 4th time I asked if I can do the 5th, the agent replied “we prob can push it through”

When I call I get agents ASAP. I don’t recall having to hold. On a side note, from all the banks and companies I dealt with over my life, I found Honda agents to be the most knowledgeable and helpful.

14. I could have done it longer technically. First 1 month then 11 months then 1 month, 1 month. I finally sold my car to vroom. I hope it works out.

I read elsewhere on DDF that returning a lease (when the lease term is up) can significantly lower your credit score? Is this accurate?? If yes; how can I avoid this? If it makes a difference- I actually intend to transfer my lease to ALgo, Vrooom etc who in turn buyout the car from the finance company. Thanks!

I should rephrase: I don't have another lease. I have $3,000 Costco credit. Assuming Buying Power disscused upthread means buying the whole lease outright, that shouldn't be a problem. Is there a specific dealership to go to? What am I looking at final value before the NJ rebate?

Buying Power is like points earned with a GM card that gives you cash value when you purchase or lease a GM vehicle.

Is it a bad idea to buy out my Pacifica? The residual price is reasonable (not excellent), and I know the car as I was the only one that drove it.

My concern is that there isn't enough reliability data on the Pacifica, as it is a relatively new car design from 2017.

Bad idea. These chryslers don't last. Better off getting rid of your lease and buying a used sienna or odyssey.

Used Odyssey’s are overpriced right now.

True so go with a sienna. In general the odyssey is more expensive.

Used cars are overpriced about 16% higher nationally and more in certain markets due to COVID.  I would wait a few more months, if possible, for prices to stabilize.
