Low/mid 300's for 7.5k miles at best of times.

I remember fondly my $199 Grand Caravan (10k) lease - think it was ~2016-18. When it was time to find a new lease we just couldn't find anything at a worthwhile price point so we bought a used Sedona instead.

Can people kindly provide more insight into how you handle/minimize the post-lease fees such as the disposition fees and damage fees:

for example:
Besides leasing another car anyway to waive/lessen the disposition fee?
Even with a 1500 or 5000 damage waiver do they get you on damage to the interior, above wear and tear damage(tires)? Do most damage waiver policies cover these.

Bottom line with pre-lease prices and fees you at least know what you are going to pay(hopefully  ::)) but when it comes time to return the vehicle it seems more cloudy or maybe I am overexaggerating?

can anybody share their experience tips etc...?

Easiest ? Sell it to Vroom/Caravan/Algo ... And in some cases you will even get extra of what your buyout is.

You know how contracts work, right?

You agreed to all the “fees and charges” ahead of time when you signed. So you can either end the contract by paying the applicable fees to return the car, or buy the car (Vroom/Carvana/Algo etc.) and not pay that.

yes I know I am asking more detailed questions such as does the typical 5k or 1.5 k waiver cover excess wear and tread, interior damage etc...do you think 1.5K is typically enough?
I heard some people tell the dealer they are interested in leasing another vehicle but not right away and they waived the disposition fee(sounds fishy)?
People with leasing experience may have other tips to share.

vroom, algo etcc wont necessarily buy the car if buyout price is high and there are still a lot of months to end of the lease compared to market value etc...
