Insane! And not changing anytime soon. I bought a minivan in February. The exact same van is listed by the exact same dealer with just 5k less for $3,000 more than I paid. And it was considered VERY expensive then already. This is just absolute madness! Imagine if Trump were still President, the media would be dragging him thru the mud for this.

I asked westmount to match rodo, and they said they can’t because the reason why it’s so cheap is because the lease is through credit union and they charge crazy fees at the end even if the car is returned in perfect condition… and there’s also crazy fees on a buyout… does anyone have experience with this?

Just placed an order through rodo. What do I need to be on the lookout for to make sure I’m not getting messed up in any way? Also is it possible to purchase a damage waiver through somewhere else?

U can call the dealer direct to get a damage waiver
Jury Duty: Nothing to do there but chill and write a TR. Kinda like the beach but missing the view and ocean breeze.

Are there any 3rd party options available?

I Don't recommend it. It's one of these things that you'll only know if it works in 3 years from now, and then it's way too late to do anything about it

US Bank will nickel and dime you when you return the car.

Unless you plan on returning it in mint condition get a damage waiver

Damage waiver should be fine.

You can buy buy it out but iirc they don't let 3rd party buyouts
