I see tayota site a sienna for $379 36 months plus $2999 due at Signing = 462 so why are all leasing companies asking for $625+ ??

will taxes and millions of other fees end me up to pay double the that quote online? If not then they are still cheaper!!
Does finding a deal in different state help me in any way? Or I pay the rate where license is registered ?

Not sure about leases but You can register the car in another state ( best of their is no sales tax in that state), you just need to make sure the insurance has your “garage” address.

I don’t think it’s even possible. Besides the point that there’s no mini vans to be gotten now.

There is a lot of fine print such as Lease excludes tax, title, license, registration fees, and dealer options and charges.

Ultimately it boils down to how much the dealer is discounting the car. I pay 406 for my Sienna with only the first month of 406 due at signing. I negotiated with an out of state dealer where the minivan market wasn't so hot as in the tri state area.

Not sure this was discussed before, I have over 10k unused miles on end of lease for which KIA won't give credit. Buyout is abt 3-4k less than fair market value. I don't want to pay cash but dealer financing is 5-6% (dealer near Monsey) Thoughts?

It might help to mention what you’re trying to accomplish..

Do you want to keep the car for yourself or flip it?

If keep, you can look at 3rd party banks that will give you an auto loan at a much better rate.

I'm trying to maximize my value
any suggestion how to go abt flipping?
3rd party loan - hard to justify the headache for 16k

If you're just trying to maximize the value, sounds like you should flip it. First decide if you want the car or not, then you can decide what to do with it
Jury Duty: Nothing to do there but chill and write a TR. Kinda like the beach but missing the view and ocean breeze.
