Lol they have quoted 100-150 per month higher on many cars I wanted versus Mordechai

You quoted a post form 2010, huh?
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

yes, your cost/gain will depend on what the old lease's residual value is

Anybody have any experience with the Chevy Transverse 8 seater? How does it compare to the Honda Pilot?

Transverse is slightly bigger but eats more gas. Honda is smoother.

Traverse has a much bigger trunk. Plenty of space even with the seats up. Also better infotainment IMO

The pilot is a great car but it's also old and being completely redesigned for MY23

Follow up question: Is the $7500 tax credit only for pure electric or also for hybrids?
Consider the kia niro

Consider the kia niro
It's not eligible for the full 7500
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Even the plug in?

Even the plug in?
See below. With an 8.9kWh battery, it would be eligible for 2500+417*3.9= $4,126
It needs a plug. PHEV can qualify.

From the IRS:
"For vehicles acquired after 12/31/2009, the credit is equal to $2,500 plus, for a vehicle which draws propulsion energy from a battery with at least 5 kilowatt hours of capacity, $417, plus an additional $417 for each kilowatt hour of battery capacity in excess of 5 kilowatt hours. The total amount of the credit allowed for a vehicle is limited to $7,500."

ETA: Minimum battery size for 7500 credit is 17kWh. Under 5kWh gets nothing and between 5 and 17 gets partial credit.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Ok. I may be confusing with a CA rebate. I know we got large discounts (11k+) on two leases. They're good cars

I have a infinity qx60 lease expiring now. Is it worth a buyout? Best place to try?

Almost every lease is worth a buy out right now

I got prices for a few different people and Algo was always the best offer

Does Algo actually end up giving the same amount which they originally offer? I understand that initial offer is "computer generated". What was your experience?

Another point: Some leases have incentives if you are returning a lease. If you buy it out, you lose that incentive.

And while we're at it, Does anybody know if the new May rates were released yet? Last month a leasing company advised me to wait until the May numbers are out.

Doesn't hurt to compare all and then pit them against each other to match.

Most of these companies can't buy out Infiniti being that only a Nissan dealer can buy out leases. Iirc there's a recommended dealer posted up thread. You can also try Rodo.
