Looking for cheapest deal:
Brand: Honda or Toyota
Models:  Midsize or Small (civic or corolla)
Length: 36 months
Wavers: damage waver included (I think for Toyota it can cost $500)
Miles: 10,000/year
All fees wrapped into the monthly fee.  Only want to pay up front whatever is required (if any)

If i raq up my miles... will the leasing company buy it out early? Or will i have to pay tons of fees?
