and that was pointing out that it usually doesn't this is was a real abnormality

77wabc interviewed someone from maime, i think it was the shooters dr iirc, he said that maine has 87 psychiatrists, its literally impossible for 87 psychiatrists to deal with all cases properly, iirc

There was trauma. Some need relaxants. Some need stronger stuff. For that there are psychiatrists.
Some need therapy and to work it out. Inner work. For that there are therapists.
