Digital Photo Frame: Question
« on: June 13, 2013, 04:04:41 PM »
I have searched and looked, but i did not find any threads that DISCUSS topics. So i will start.

My niece is graduating elementary school today, and she doesnt want anything! I offered her anything and everything (including flight to FLL, and she insisted she doesnt want to go...) anyways, i decided i would like to get her a digital frame. I was looking, but i dont know whats good.
I was hoping to get one that can be emailed directly to. In addition, is there such an idea where it can have, a skype type of situation?

Any suggestions to a good frame under $80?

thanks so much!

Try not to get one that shuts off after an hour, or after a full cycle.

We have had a good experience with this one. The idea is that you simply email pics directly to the frame. Hi,

Im looking for suggestions for a present for a non techy senior. I need a 15-26 inch photo frame, that has NO wifi and loads content via sd card.

Online most frames are wifi enabled.

Does anyone have any suggestions. Budget is up to $250

I bought one called Aluratek using my dell credit thank you platinum card. (~200$) very large screen with option to mount on wall or stand on a shelf (portrait or landscape position)
It has an app and you would need to connect to WiFi to add pics and videos (so not sure why I’m sharing this being as you need wo WiFi ) but it runs slideshow wo WiFi if that makes any difference
My brother has added pictures from the app while in isreal so it was a nice surprise to suddenly see a new picture pop onto the screen once in a while and it has nice size memory idk exactly how much
nothings impossible- the word itself says Im possible

Try a portable monitor (for smallest form factor and not to expensive), paired with a USB/SD card media player.

Bumping an old thread.

Looking for a recommendation on a digital frame, that I can email pictures to while I am away, and it should stay on constantly.
