Southwest Vouchers

If i book using a Southwest LUV Voucher and cancel the flight, I'm assuming the funds will go back to the voucher, but will the voucher now only be valid for the booked passanger (as opposed to the original LUV voucher which was transferable)?

I'd assume that it will be valid for only the booked passenger.
