Chase made dormant savings account for lack of use.
« on: June 18, 2013, 10:38:46 AM »
From member kangarruu:

Chase made one of our savings account dormant for lack of use and removed it from our online account without notifying us. The account had over $1000 in it, and we didn't notice that the account was missing for a few days. We called them and they said that normally they notify, but they'd send us an apology letter to make up for it. We asked for a statement credit or points, but they said they aren't authorized to give any monetary compensation.

My question essentially is whether anyone has experience getting compensation from Chase's banking side. If we call again, is there any chance that they'll give us something?
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half
