 my pt is that the Carriers arent simply sitting by and not monitoring things, you need to stay well under their radar and even when you think you have (as in my case) sure enough you are proven wrong.  I really thought I had everything covered and was in the clear and as you well know I wasnt. If he put 2 seats on hold from his account, than he did something totally legal, provided they weren't on his name (if he put them on his own name than he's an idiot).
There is a way to do this without leaving a trace.
