so Dan names are named in the media it seems. (we were discussing this on another thread). A good thing it wasnt a Yid and a Religious 1 at that

on a side note I agree with E pretty dumb if he made the reses online and from a computer that he usually uses as its traceable. Yes there are ways to better your % of getting into Biz or no one else on your row, his way was NOT the way to do it, nor will I explain what the correct way is

Big difference, his name wasn't published by AA.  He wrote to Elliot for help.

true but alot of times the Travel sites pick these things up and then the rest of the media does as well.I hope he used a fake name when he wrote Elliot

my pt is that the Carriers arent simply sitting by and not monitoring things, you need to stay well under their radar and even when you think you have (as in my case) sure enough you are proven wrong.  I really thought I had everything covered and was in the clear and as you well know I wasnt. It didnt cost me anything if anything the opposite got a bunch of passes and that wasnt my intent but I also got something I didnt want and had I known it was gonna end as it did I wouldnt have done it to be with

They gave him "a choice of paying $22,000 for their perceived “inventory spoilage” or forfeit 100,000 miles"???? LOL, What kind of choice is that?

This is interesting,
If he put 2 seats on hold from his account, than he did something totally legal, provided they weren't on his name (if he put them on his own name than he's an idiot).
There is a way to do this without leaving a trace.
