Parking at JFK

If you use the long-term parking in JFK give yourself an extra half hour to take the inter-terminal tram. We had to take it all the way to AA terminal (Terminal last time and missed our flight, the tram took at least 20-25 minutes to go through all the terminals.

I'm referring to the private company called Long Term Parking.

We were already running a little late but without the tram, we definitely would have still made the flight it delayed us by at least 25 minutes. It was a while ago so I can't remember exactly when we got there

Anyone know of a good deal or a specific company for long term parking at JFK?

about 2 months ago i parked in Howard Beach and took the Airtrain. It works great and its cheap but it takes some time back and forth. if there is a good deal in a lot with a shuttle i rather do that.

I flew LGA a few weeks ago, used dollar rental car $20 a day for 6 days. Drop off and pick up included, very fast service.

Im flying out of JFK next week from Sunday to Thursday. i was thinking of parking in Howard beach and then to take the Airtrain. But first of all, I'm afraid to leave my car on the street for that long and now with the weather and all the snow I'm afraid it may not be easy to find street parking near the train.

So I'm thinking to just park in one of the long term lots. Has anyone used any lots that they recommend? Online the reviews are not to good on most. people complain that they need to wait too long to get dropped off at the terminal and then also when they get picked up on the way back.

that post says to park at Ohel in Brooklyn and about a coupon that i dont think exists anymore. but thanks anyway.
