El Al customer information hacked

I got a phone call and my brother got an email about flights we have taken and how they haven’t been paid for and a collection agency is collecting anyone else had this?

Why do you think ELAL was hacked and not your email, or your ELAL account with a weak password, etc.?

There was a thread on this in a Hebrew speaking fb group

The gist of it is El Al says they did this by mistake and to ignore.
