Does anyone know of a way to search for flights originating from X airport on any given date?

So basically I want to fly out on July 20th from EWR to anywhere within a 3 hour or 4 hour or 5 hour flight. Without tediously search each and every airport. THe option to limit time the flight leaves would be great to.

Do you guys think there is such a product out there? Or a need for such a product?

How about a site that shows Award availability, I wanna go away, wanna use miles, don't care where I end up. Has to be in USA, or a border town to drive across, as our youngest son doesn't have a passport yet.
Is there a site to tell me where saver Award is available to and from?
Im asking in general, although this time I would be using BA miles, from NYC area.
