We were supposed to travel Brussels airlines to Israel and we used our sapphire points. Brussels is giving us trip vouchers. I spoke with Chase who said since the trip was nonrefundable we could not get our miles/points back. I don't understand. I did not cancel- they cancelled. Also, Chase said we have to rebook by Aug or else we lose the vouchers.
How do I get my points/miles back?
