I think that was always assumed.
Not by me.
And you didn't respond to this
Didn't see a need to.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

I don't think the Oilum here is capable of separating the two.

The mispronunciation of a Hebrew word is now religious terminology?

Can we add a poll? Would like see the results on how everyone feels if the Supreme Court made the right decision based on the constitution. I wonder if it is possible for some to do this (keep religion out of it) seeing how the ethics thread went.
I don't think the Oilum here is capable of separating the two.
My view:
From a legal perspective I agree with the opinion (disclaimer: I didn't read it yet, based on my current understanding).  Conservatives should see this as a victory for Federalism.  If a state says that two people are married, where does the federal gov't come off saying they're not?  Yet again, (ala Bush v. Gore) the Supreme Court justices all swap sides in order to stay in line with their policy objectives.

Had they found a constitutional right for gays to marry, that would be a different story, buy they haven't done that (yet).
If you don't care why would you comment?

When I was filling out the paperwork to get a Quebec Marriage license, I noticed that the forms had a slot for 'Spouse A' and 'Spouse B' and each one had a gender box that had to be checked off. When I pointed it out to The Rov (who I was pretty close with at the time) he pointed me to the following Medrash:

This is very interesting, thanks for sharing.

Article from the Rosh circa 2000 on the topic:

Nicely written, thanks for sharing.

+1, does Chabad.org have anything in this yet?

Too much inherent bias on this site.

And you think your joking?! Just wait 20-30 years when people (Sicko's) will want to "legaly" marry their Pig's, Dogs etc; And of course they have a constitutional right. Up until the 1970's the sickness called "homosexuality" was labeld as a mental disorder.

20-30 years? At the current rate, more like 5-10.

On a side note, is there any known cure for homosexuals to change their orientation to heterosexual? (It appears that there must be, for if not, the Torah can't expect a homosexual to ever get married.)

Actually there is a therapy called "Reapritive therapy" or something.. to help heal gay people. but, get this... They made it illegal in California to practice this therapy!  I guess those that want/need this therapy don't have any constitutional rights.

I could be wrong but I don't think the constitution covers animals.

I think your taking this a bit too far by calling "homosexuals" animals.  ;)

Okay, how about if Mike or Joe wants to marry the love of his life Peggy the Pig, Does the constituition forbid him from marrying Peggy and having legal rights?

Short answers, no & yes. You have to remember a litter is 8 - 10. Just think of all the CC bonuses.  :)
