A Medical Device company that has been around for 15 years with 1M+ in sales has started developed a new company which will innovate a product with unit price of 500K+ each in the Nuclear Medicine Imaging field.
They are in design and testing phase, looking for investors
Investors also welcome to grow current 15 year business.

You're looking for someone like yourself for experience/equity synergy? Or are you looking for someone who complements you by bringing the same amount of equity to the table, but experience/skills/insights you lack?

If the person is coming up with the idea and has a lot of capital, what are you bringing to the table that they should share most of the profits with you?
