which is the best airline with points & direct flights to London from nyc in first or biz . looking at comfortable & fees (not british way to expensive on fees)

You ruled out British airways
And for the same reason virgin Atlantic is ruled out so your question is between ua aa and dl
IME the new aa (77w) in first is the best out there probably beating ba first too.
As for business the new aa is great closely followed by dl
