I dont see how anyone can overlook the fact that there was a point in time when Zimmerman was all bloody and bruised and Martin had not a scratch (besides for hands). Where in that do people see a man killing a black teenager for no reason?

absolutely. according to zimmerman, martin told him, "youre gonna die tonight", and when he saw zimmermans gun he reached for it, at which point zimmerman grabbed it and fired.

so yes, i absolutely believe that in such a scenario he wouldve shot martin no matter what color martin was

The issue with Piers (as well as some other hosts) is that when they book a guest they prepare the questions they want to ask them. This gives them an unfair advantage in that they research all the facts to make their points while the guests have to respond without the extent of preparation. Piers even alluded to that in the interview, saying something about the reason he booked Elder is to discuss Jaentel.  As soon as a guest turns the conversation the host loses that advantage unless he can get it back to the original question.

I'm 28. DOes that mean I have the automatic advantage in a fight against any 17 year old? So how does it work when a taller more violent 17 year old wants to punch me? Do I just show him my drivers license and he walks away or do I need to show my birth certificate?
