ISO: Where to monogram a shirt in Lakewood or Brooklyn?

I personally never liked the small little monogram that Charles Tyrwhitt or brooks brothers had to offer for $5-$12

I been go to local judiaca stores and most recently this private guy in lakewood who started out and charged $4-5 per shirt. But now being that he's quite busy he's charging a kings ransom. Hence my creation of this thread to inquire about any other leads or options to have a basic French cuff white shirt monogrammed with my name on it.

 Prefer lakewood area or nearby or even in Brooklyn.
