New Sprint T&C Change? Cancel without ETF?
« on: July 05, 2013, 12:19:49 AM »
It seems like Sprint has changed their Terms and Conditions again (according to SD - I did not get my bill yet).
Anyone have experience canceling service without paying the Early Termination Fee? How can I still keep my number? Thanks

Yes, when one side in a contract changes the terms the other side doesn't have to go along with it, they have the option to leave.

Bruh, where were you when my suitcase weighed it 51.50 pounds?

Reb Kugel Esser,
Use your mind a little bit.
If one party to a contract changes the terms of the contract can they force the other party to accept it???

I think it depends on if you have a smartphone or regular phone, and number of lines.

Here is a link with the contract changes highlighted http://www.diffchecker.com/ffc4zgda
Anyone have experience with this?

It seems like its very YMMV. I'm wondering if I should try that or just calling and saying how my service is terrible, and I can't have a normal phone conversation (which is true). Would I have any chance of them letting out because of that?
