I just wanted TLV to MIA, and that seems to work, 2800 for LY/AA TLV-EWR-MIA.

And for TLV-EWR-MIA-NRT in F? Nothing on the chart says US only.

Anyway why is it worth using 300 LY points (13K MR even with the sale) when you can do EWR-MIA for 7.5K Avios?

Again, I didn't want to end up in NRT and didnt want stopovers.
I only asked about the specific trip I'm looking to book.

You're right, because I didnt post my itinerary in the right way, its actually MIA-EWR-TLV. My mistake.

So if I use BA for the MIA-EWR leg and the flight gets delayed, they'll treat me like I'm a pumpkin. No one is gonna be responsible to get me to TLV.

Not unusual. Can take up to a day.
Supposedly, you can call AA to ask them to expedite it if the flight is soon.
